Somalia, Eritrea to establish diplomatic ties, open embassies

Eritrea and Somalia plan to establish diplomatic relations, their presidents said on Monday, the latest sign of thawing relations across the Horn of Africa following Eritrea's rapprochement with Ethiopia.
